  • Spray tan can often cling to very dry areas, so make sure that your skin is well-hydrated. Use a moisturizer every day in the week leading up to tan application.

    Here's the ultimate five-step skin prep routine that will majorly improve your spray tan.

    STEP ONE: EXFOLIATE. 

    STEP TWO: MOISTURISE.

    STEP THREE: CLEANSE.

    STEP FOUR: MOISTURISE AGAIN.

    STEP FIVE: REFRESH.

    Avoid wearing a bra, socks or other restrictive clothing immediately after your spray tan session. The looser fitting the better to avoid any streaking as the tan is developing. Refrain from showering as long as possible, 8-12 hours minimum, up to 24 hours, but overnight is best.
